Venue and Facilities
Opened in December 2010 the new Kilndown Village Hall has a secure outside play area with a sand pit and willow house. There is also easy access to the neighbouring village green. To the rear of the hall and green the village adjoins the National Trust Scotney Estate.
The preschool has a wide range of both indoor and outdoor equipment, much of which has been bought recently. There is always a period during which there are several activities available to the children at the same time, allowing them all-important choice of what they want to do.
The location of the preschool provides ample opportunities for outdoor learning activities and we take advantage of this as much as possible.
